The timeless Modernism collection by Ceramika Paradyż was created in cooperation with Maja Ganszyniec. A collection inspired by the fascination with details rooted in the aesthetics of the 20s and 30s, which apart from its original design is characterized by the highest quality and durability. The dominant feature of the collection are rediscovered corsets, i.e. cubes (36x44 mm) in vintage style. Among the prepared mosaics there are both refreshed 30s patterns and new, original arrangements. In a modern and designer interior, this element can be freely combined with other tile formats from the collection. Squares (48x48 mm), hexagons (198x171 mm) and squares (198x198 mm), and even large-format tiles (598x598 mm) are available in six fresh, modern, but referring to the vintage aesthetics colors: black, gray, white, warm tones of brick and ocher, and in a cool shade of blue. Both combinations of different formats while maintaining the leading color, as well as avant-garde contrasts, such as black and white, ocher and blue, brick and gray, are interesting. Combining tradition with modernity, the Modernism collection allows you to create a unique interior with a soul, both in public space and at home.
Maja Ganszyniec
Maja Ganszyniec is a recognized designer with a comprehensive approach to the product development process. Born in Silesia, she studied interior design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, and then graduated from design studies at the Royal College of Art in London in 2008. In 2013, she founded Studio Ganszyniec, focusing on human-oriented and nature-friendly objects. In her practice, she combines design which is both: visionary and responsible - she always looks for new opportunities within the limits of strategic thinking. Over the last decade, she has worked with brands such as IKEA, DUKA, Comforty, Paradyż, Mute and Noti. In 2017, the Polish Institute of Industrial Design awarded her the title of the Designer of the Year. In 2020, she was appointed the creative director of Profim - a leading manufacturer of office furniture in Poland and one of the brands of the Scandinavian Flokk group. She is also the owner and founder of the independent furniture brand Nurt.
