A condition for inserting designs in the gallery is:

send 3 photos in JPG format in the application form
fill out the consent form for inserting the designs in the gallery
provide full name and address details: name, address and e-mail address

Please note: only the most interesting designs shall be presented in the gallery.

	By submitting visualisation design to the email address shown on the web page you grant consent to Ceramika Paradyż Co. Ltd. For free of charge use of that design in the following fields of use: downloading it onto computer memory, public exhibition through the intermediary of an internet service www.paradyz.pl, as well as for showing the personal details of the author such as: name, company, address, telephone number, e-mail address;
	The consent to the use of the personal details of the author (name, address, company, telephone number, e-mail address) is understood as a consent to the professing o the details exclusively for the purposes connected with functioning of the internet service.
