- the Customer (dealer / final user / architect / designer / tile layer) is our inspiration - the Customer's expectations and dreams show the direction of operation of our organization, on every level - from creating new designs, to high quality of products, punctual delivery, comprehensive service in our showrooms, detailed information in advertising materials, on our website and through our hotline, etc.
- each Customer is equally important to us and each one is approached individually
- by inspiration we mean a positive impulse for searching for new ideas, solutions and innovations, whose most important beneficiary is the Customer
